For Laser Hair Removal please make sure to shave any area you are planning on treating excluding the face (for women).

This is an important factor to optimize best treatment results!

Make sure you are not tanned or plan on tanning two weeks before/after your Laser Hair Removal treatment. Upon booking your next appointment please advise us if any changes have been made to your diet or supplement intake. Supplements such as antibiotics or iron may conflict with Laser Hair Removal.

Antibiotics and iron intake may potentially conflict with laser hair removal due to their effects on the skin's sensitivity and healing process. Here's how each can impact the treatment:

Antibiotics:
1. Some antibiotics may increase photosensitivity, making the skin more susceptible to damage from UV rays or laser exposure.

2. Photosensitive reactions can lead to skin irritation, redness, or even blistering when exposed to laser energy during hair removal treatments.

3. It is advisable to inform your laser technician about any ongoing antibiotic use to assess the suitability and timing of laser sessions.

Iron Intake:
It's essential to communicate openly with both your healthcare provider and the laser technician before undergoing laser hair removal. They can provide personalized advice based on your medical history, medications, and overall health to ensure a safe and effective treatment experience.

If you have recently received or plan on receiving the Covid-19 Vaccine or have had any medical changes please inform the receptionist when booking.

Our Flawless team always want to know and have knowledge of recent COVID vaccinations or medical changes so that our technicians can assess your current health status.

Some treatments may have specific contraindications or considerations for individuals who have recently received a vaccine or undergone medical changes. Please let us know!

Upon booking your next treatment, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to hold your appointment. We will NOT be able to book an appointment without a credit card.

This acts as a commitment to attend your scheduled treatment and helps in effective time management for our center.

If you have more than one no-show a non-refundable deposit will be required for all future appointment bookings. Our staff always makes multiple attempts to confirm appointments either by phone, text, or email. Please make sure to confirm your appointment in a timely manner. To avoid a no-show fee of $50 please cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment.

This enables the Flawless Skin Center establishment to implement a fair cancellation policy with a reasonable advance notice requirement for cancellations or rescheduling.

If you are planning on applying numbing cream please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment. An additional $10 charge will apply to small areas. For numbing additional or larger areas, additional charges will apply.

Applying numbing cream requires some time to take effect. By arriving 20 minutes early, we can ensure that the numbing agent has sufficient time to work, enhancing comfort during your treatment!

Charging an additional fee for small areas where numbing cream is applied helps cover the cost of the product and application time.

Charging extra for additional or larger areas acknowledges the increased resources required for these cases. It reflects a fair and transparent pricing structure, ensuring that our clients are aware of potential additional costs.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. Care Credit and Checks are not accepted. Deposits towards treatments are NOT refundable.

By accepting major credit cards and cash we want to provide our clients with convenient payment options, catering to a wide range of preferences and ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process!

The deposit towards treatments are non-refundable as they are included in the grant total of treatment cost.

No children or additional guests without an appointment allowed in the facility.

It is important for us to know who will be in attendance to best prepare the space and room for our flawless clients.

Safety is important to us when it comes to our clients and by ensuring our technicians have enough space in our rooms for your treatment in advance is a critical component to the services we provide.

A 10 minute grace period applies to all appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate your treatment.

The grace period ensures that we can adhere to appointment schedules efficiently. It allows for a buffer to manage appointments smoothly and minimize disruptions.

Enforcing a grace period respects the time of other flawless clients who have scheduled appointments. It helps maintain fairness in the allocation of time slots and prevents delays for subsequent clients.

No patient will be taken in for treatment if arriving less than 10 minutes to closing.

Closing time signifies the end of the operational day, and our staff may have scheduled tasks or procedures to wrap up. Refusing treatments within the last 10 minutes ensures that patients receive the full attention and time required for their procedures without rushing.
