In accordance with the latest government policies, CDC guidelines, and public health advancements, we want to update you on the protocols and procedures we have in place to ensure a safe and comfortable experience during your visit.
Social Distancing: We have implemented social distancing measures within our facility to maintain a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Patients: We appreciate your cooperation in not scheduling appointments if you are feeling unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms.
Masks & Gloves: Our staff will be equipped with appropriate protective gear to ensure everyone's safety. We also have masks available upon request.
Handwashing: Hand sanitization stations are available throughout the spa. We encourage frequent handwashing and hand hygiene practices.
Cleaning Services: Our facilities undergo rigorous cleaning and disinfection procedures regularly to provide a clean and sanitary environment.
Refreshments: We lifted the suspension of refreshments and offer bottled water as well as coffee at our mini bar (Burbank Location).
Appointments: We continue to schedule appointments, and we kindly request your punctuality to maintain a smooth and efficient flow.
Vaccine: We encourage our clients to stay informed about COVID-19 vaccinations and follow government recommendations for vaccination eligibility.
We kindly ask that you do not schedule an appointment if you are feeling sick or unwell. In the event that you test positive for COVID-19 after visiting us or have been in contact with someone who has, please notify us promptly.
