This is my third time having work done at flawless (lips and Botox) I have honestly always had a good experience. The clinic is very clean, they opened the sealed products in front of you, they are very prompt on appointments, the most I’ve waited was 15 mins after my appointment. The front staff are very sweet, there prices are fair, their service is outstanding. I don’t understand the bad reviews, I have been to a few med spas and this one is one of the most professional. FYI my favorite nurse is Zhanna! She is so sweet and gently, and listens to what you want. Love her!
