O.M.G.  just got home from my first appt at Flawless Laser and I have to say I was very happy.  The staff is very professional and the office is very clean.  Prices are great… and the service is GREAT!  I had a long full body session and the nurse was friendly which made me feel comfortable…also, I was the last appt of the evening and as I was checking out the gentleman behind the counter offered to make me tea before I left because it was cold outside!  Very thoughtful… I have a feeling he was the owner.  Let’s face it, we have lots of options when it comes to choosing a skin center as they’re poppin’ up EVERYWHERE.  Glad to see that this place understands what it takes to set them apart from all the rest…and that is creating an “experience” which includes exceptional customer service. I’ve been to other places that are SOOOO booked up because of crazy offers on coupon sites that you have to schedule your appt several weeks in advance.  Easy to get an appt at Flawless Laser…they’re not jam packed with appts (yet), which is a plus!  Parking was easy since they have a parking lot in back, and they were ready for my appt as soon as I walked in…no waiting 🙂  This place is a jewel and I’m sure I’m shooting myself in the foot by writing this review …kinda wanna keep this place all to myself so they don’t get crazy busy….LOL  I will definitely be going back to Flawless Laser!!! 🙂
