My entire series of visits here has been lovely. Ani, the sweet and dazzlingly blue eyed receptionist, is kind, professional, and welcoming. I was offered a selection of cold drinks, Keurig coffee pods, nice teas, and yummy candies as soon as I arrived in the comfortable, style-y waiting area. Also, I’ve brought my little girl a couple of times and they’ve always been very sweet about having her there, and offered her refreshments, too.

Regarding the service, I’m having my lower legs done here, and Polla, the RN who did my procedure, is extremely thorough, and pleasant to talk to, and has a very calming bedside manner, which is nice when you’re semi-undressed with a laser pointed at you.

I appreciate the extra time Polla gave to ensuring that every centimeter of my legs got attention from the laser.  I’ve had experiences in the past where a hurried laser technician left big patches undone and it was just a bummer. Not with Polla. I’ve specially requested her each time and am very happy with the service I’ve received.
