A true 5 star experience. I called in earlier this week to make an appointment for today, Friday. The receptionist was kind and helpful. Another receptionist called me the day before to confirm my appointment. When I walked in today, I was greeted by one of the two receptionists who handed me the paperwork I had to fill out since it was my first time. I was impressed with how clean and beautiful the lobby was. About a minute after I finished the paperwork, Katherine, my nurse, called me in. She was SO nice!! I told her about my jitters and she was so sweet in explaining the process and calming me down. She gave me so much information about what to expect during the appointment as well as how to take care of the area for the next couple of days. I will be back in 4 weeks!
